Executive Profiles

Lewis Solomon is currently serving as the Lead Independent Director of the Board since March 22, 2013.  He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANADIGICS, Inc. since September 2009. He has served as a Director of the Company since September 1994 as well as from 1985 through 1989. Prior to ANADIGICS, Solomon founded SCC Company, a consulting firm specializing in technology, where he has served as Chairman since 1990. He also serves as a Director on the Boards of Harmonic Inc. and several private companies. Prior to founding SCC Company, Solomon was an Executive Vice President with Alan Patricof Associates from 1983 to 1986, and a Senior Vice President of General Instruments from 1967 to 1983.

Solomon received a Bachelor Degree in Physics from St. Joseph’s College and a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Temple University.

David Fellows has served as a Director of the Company since May 2007 and, previously from September 1994 until April 2003. He also served as a member of the Company’s Technical Advisory Board from April 2003 through May 2007 and is now head of ANADIGICS Technical Advisory Board after rejoining in 2010. Fellows has and continues to serve on a number of Boards of Directors and Technical Advisory Boards throughout the industry. He has held a position as Executive VP and Executive Fellow with Comcast Cable, since January 2007, advising the company on technology matters. He is also a General Partner of Genovation Capital, LLC, an early stage venture capital company. Prior to this, Fellows was the Chairman and CEO of K Sys Inc., a privately-held Internet software company doing business as Knowledge-Banking Systems during 2007 and 2008. From 2003 to 2006, he was EVP and Chief Technology Officer at Comcast Cable, in charge of technology, engineering and technical operations. From December 2001 until its acquisition by Comcast in 2003, Fellows was Chief Technology Officer at AT&T Broadband.

Fellows received his Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Applied Physics from Harvard College and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Ronald Rosenzweig, co-founder of ANADIGICS, has served as a Director of the Company since its inception in 1985 and as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors from August 2008 to 2010. He also served as Executive Chairman from 1999 until 2008. Rosenzweig served as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 1985 through 1998. Prior to ANADIGICS he, co−founded Microwave Semiconductor Corp where he served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Rosenzweig received his Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from City College of New York.

Vice President, Infrastructure Products

Mr. Laverick has served as Vice President of Infrastructure Products since May 2012. He started his career as a circuit designer at Microwave Semiconductor Corp. prior to joining ANADIGICS in 1989 as Member, Technical Staff. Mr. Laverick held various engineering and management roles at ANADIGICS, eventually serving as the General Manager of the Fiber Optic Product segment, as well as Vice President of Design Technology. He has authored numerous technical articles for trade journals and publications and holds three U.S. patents.

Mr. Laverick earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and has completed graduate and executive courses at both Rutgers University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Director Of Product Marketing, Broadband RF Business

Glenn Eswein is Director of Product Marketing for the Broadband RF Business at ANADIGICS. Eswein joined ANADIGICS in 2001, bringing with him valuable experience in RF circuit and systems design. In his current role, he promotes the company’s Wireless Infrastructure and WiMAX product lines, which address both mobile and small-cell applications. Eswein’s responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, defining product requirements, and supporting customers and reference design partners. During his time with ANADIGICS, Eswein has also led product marketing efforts for cable television tuners and splitters, CATV infrastructure amplifiers, and Fiber-to-the-Home RF amplifiers.

Prior to joining ANADIGICS, Eswein worked at Conexant Systems as an RF Systems Engineering Manager, developing semiconductor solutions for satellite television receivers and digital cellular communication systems. He interned at Comsat Laboratories in the satellite antennas group while in college, and began his career as an RF Engineer with AlliedSignal Aerospace, where he designed radar and communication equipment for commercial avionics.

Eswein hold both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Technical Sales Manager, Shanghai Representative Office

Kevin He is Technical Sales Manager for ANADIGICS Inc. at the Shanghai Representative Office, focusing his efforts on the North and Main territories of China. He is responsible for the expansion of power amplifier business for the GSM, CDMA, WCDMA handset and WiMAX/WiFI CATV market in China, and also manages wireless infrastructure product growth on key accounts.

Prior to joining ANADIGICS in August 2004, He had many key roles of serving as technical support for companies such as Agere Systems, Texas Instruments and ZTE, where he worked in the Wireless Communications Sector. In these positions he provided technical support which increased account revenue for several key customers, provided technical training seminars for customers and secured many design win opportunities for each of the companies.

Kevin holds a Master’s of Spaceflight Navigation and Control from the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology and a Bachelor’s of Information Science and Communication Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
