Directions to ANADIGICS' New Jersey Facility
From Newark Airport:
- Follow signs out of the airport to Route 78 West
- Take Route 78 West to Exit 36 (Basking Ridge/Warrenville)
- Turn left at end of ramp (traffic light) (you will go over Route 78)
- Follow this road for approximately 1 mile
- Go past Warren Health and Racquet Club and Mt. Bethel Baptist Church
- On your right you will see Mt. Bethel Corporate Center (Technology Drive)
- For ANADIGICS Corporate Headquarters (Building 141), take the first right after you pass Technology drive
- The ANADIGICS Training Facility is also located in building 141, adjacent to the front entrance.
From New York:
- Take New Jersey Turnpike to Route 78 West at Newark Airport
- Follow directions above from Route 78.
From South Jersey:
- Take New Jersey Turnpike or Garden State Parkway to Route 287 North
- Take 287 North to Route 78 East
- Follow Route 78 to exit 36 (Basking Ridge/Warrenville)
- At the end of the exit ramp, turn right
- Follow this road for approximately 1 mile
- Go past Warren Racquets Club and Mt. Bethel Baptist Church
- On your right you will see Mt. Bethel Corporate Center (Technology Drive)
- For ANADIGICS Corporate Headquarters (Building 141), take the first right after you pass Technology drive
From North Jersey:
- Route 287 South to Route 78 East.
- Follow Route 78 to exit 36 (Basking Ridge/Warrenville)
- At the end of the exit ramp, turn right.
- Follow directions from above.
From the West:
- Take I-78 East to exit 36 - Basking Ridge/Warrenville.
- Bear right at King George Road.
- Follow directions from above.
From Princeton Area:
- Take 206 North, past the Somerville Circle, to Route 287 North to Route 78 East.
- Follow Route 78 to exit 36 (Basking Ridge/Warrenville)
- At the end of the exit ramp, turn right.
- Follow directions from above.
From Easton/Phillipsburg Area:
- Take Route 78 East to exit 36 (Basking Ridge/Warrenville).

Traveling on Route 287 NORTHBOUND:

- LINCOLN TUNNEL to New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 14.
- After toll booth, take Route 78 West Express and branch off after approximately 5 miles to Route 24 (sign reads 24, 124).
- Exit at Kennedy Parkway, Livingston/Caldwell.

From The Garden State Parkway Southbound:
- Take Exit 142, which will put you on Route 24 West.
- Although the sign reads Route 78 West, you are actually on Route 24 West.
- Bear to the right after the toll booth.
- Use the Kennedy Parkway, Livingston/Caldwell exit from Route 24.
- Follow curve to right onto the Parkway; The Mall at Short Hills will be on the right.
- Get into left lane and make left hand turn at second light into Hotel complex.
From the Garden State Parkway Northbound:
- Take Exit 142 and stay in far right lane at toll booth and exit immediately onto Route 78 East.
- Get off at first exit, cross highway and re-enter Route 78 Westbound.
- Follow signs for Route 24 West and continue as above (Garden State Parkway Southbound).
From Brooklyn:
- Take Route 278 (Belt Parkway) West to Verrazano Narrows Bridge.
- Continue on Route 278 to the Goethals Bridge, to New Jersey Turnpike North, to Exit 14.
- Follow directions as for Lincoln Tunnel.
From North Eastern Long Island:
- Take Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridge off the Cross Island Parkway.
- After toll booth take Cross Bronx Expressway towards the George Washington Bridge.
- Take George Washington Bridge to Route 80 West to the Garden State Parkway South.
- Follow directions for Garden State Parkway South.
From Route 280:
- Use Route 280 to Exit 4A (Eisenhower Parkway, Chatham. Continue approximately 4 miles (Livingston Mall will be on the left side).
- Make left hand turn onto South Orange Avenue.
- Continue 2-3 miles, turn right onto John F. Kennedy Parkway (follow signs for Route 24 Millburn/Newark).
- Continue 2-3 miles; Hotel is on right across from the Mall at Short Hills.
