Reliability

ANADIGICS has established and continuously builds our database on product reliability. Over 4 million device hours have been logged on highly accelerated life testing [see figure below]. This database not only serves as a comprehensive representation of ANADIGICS' device reliability, it also provides a strong foundation for evaluating new product and process designs.

ANADIGICS' product reliability is continuously monitored. Comprehensive environmental, mechanical and accelerated life tests are performed on production products on a continual basis. This monitoring provides feedback not only on product reliability, but also the effectiveness of continuous improvements that have been implemented.
