ANADIGICS' Quality Statement represents a corporate commitment to Total Quality Management at ANADIGICS. Management takes the lead in practicing and emphasizing the fundamental principle that Quality is everyone's responsibility at ANADIGICS. Total Quality Management at ANADIGICS is structured to provide constant communication between our customers and internal operations at ANADIGICS. The integration of these communications is the basis for continuous improvement. The Total Quality Management System at ANADIGICS can be broken down into four basic systems, these are systems for assuring consistency, conformance, improvement and methodologies. These systems work interactively with each other and with ANADIGICS' customers. Corrective actions, which result in continuous improvement, are at the center of all these systems. The circle encompassing these systems represents the fact that continuous improvement through corrective action in a never-ending pursuit of total customer satisfaction. The methodology for these systems is detailed in a comprehensive document control system. The structure of this system is defined in ANADIGICS Quality Assurance Manual. The system defined in the Quality Assurance Manual is based upon the ISO 9000 criteria for quality systems. The system is continually audited for compliance and potential improvement areas. ANADIGICS was the first Gallium Arsenide IC Company to achieve ISO certification. ANADIGICS has held ISO 9001 certification since 1993. |
