ANADIGICS Announces the Appointment of David Fellows to the Company’s Board of Directors

Leading Broadband Communications Technology Executive Joins ANADIGICS' Board of Directors

Warren, NJ, May 21, 2007 - ANADIGICS, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANAD) has announced that David Fellows was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective May 17, 2007. Mr. Fellows is Executive VP and Executive Fellow with Comcast Cable, the United States’ leading provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services.

Mr. Fellows has been a leading technologist in the broadband communications industry. As the CTO at Comcast, ATT Broadband and MediaOne, he has been instrumental in defining the cable network of the future. Among his many achievements is the implementation of a nationwide IP platform that enables a converged network for voice, video and data.

David Fellows is currently an Executive VP and Executive Fellow with Comcast Cable, advising the company on technology matters, since January, 2007. From 2003 to 2006, he was EVP and Chief Technology Officer at Comcast Cable, in charge of technology, engineering and technical operations. Prior to that, from December 2001 until its acquisition by Comcast in 2003, he was Chief Technology Officer at ATT Broadband.

David Fellows is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the North Shore Music Theatre in Beverly, MA. He is chair of the Data Standards Subcommittee for the SCTE, and was previously a member of the Board of Directors for CableLabs in Louisville, CO. He serves on, and has served on, a number of Technical Advisory Boards.

David Fellows joins ANADIGICS' Board which includes Denny Strigl, Lewis Solomon, Harry Rein and Paul Bachow, as well as Dr. Bami Bastani, President & CEO, and Ron Rosenzweig, Chairman of the Board.
