ANADIGICS Introduces the AGB3300 Gain Block Amplifier for Wireless Infrastructure Systems

ANADIGICS, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANAD), a leading supplier of wireless and broadband communications solutions, today introduced a new high linearity gain block amplifier designed for use in wireless infrastructure equipment applications. Designed to operate across 250-3000MHz, the AGB3300 can be used for transmit and receive paths in a wide range of applications including W-CDMA, CDMA, TDMA, GSM, PCS, PHS, Bluetooth, WLL, 802.11b and MMDS. The AGB3300 is ANADIGICS' latest addition to its growing family of gain block products serving cable and wireless infrastructure markets.

The AGB3300 is a 50-ohm GaAs amplifier housed in a small SOT-89 surface mount package. Consuming just 700mW of power, the low noise, low distortion device offers an IP3 output of +43dbm and operates with a typical bias supply of +5v.

The AGB3300 is priced at $4.09 in quantities of 10,000 pieces. Samples, an evaluation board and s-parameters are available now. The device is manufactured at the Company's state-of-the-art facility in New Jersey and is 100% RF tested before shipping.
