Designed to operate across 250-3000MHz, the AGB3300 can be used for transmit and receive paths in a wide range of applications including W-CDMA, CDMA, TDMA, GSM, PCS, PHS, Bluetooth, WLL, 802.11b and MMDS. The AGB3300 is ANADIGICS' latest addition to its growing family of gain block products serving cable and wireless infrastructure markets. The AGB3300 is priced at $4.09 in quantities of 10,000 pieces. Samples, an evaluation board and s-parameters are available now.
