We've taken our industry-leading power amplifiers a step further with our unique HELP™
technology - the innovative mode-switching technique that takes power savings to a higher level. HELP™ uses our InGaP-Plus™ technology to allow integration of both HBT and pHEMT structures on a single die, enabling industry-leading levels of efficiency. HELP™ technology lowers average power consumption up to 75% to dramatically extend talk-time and standby-time in CDMA and UMTS handsets.

The road to lower power consumption leads to the new ANADIGICS ZeroIC™ CDMA power amplifiers. These innovative devices slash average power consumption of the PA up to 85% compared to traditional two-stage amplifiers. The unique architecture of ZeroIC™ PA products allows designers to take full advantage of chipsets capable of driving the antenna at low power levels. Since the product family supports a wide range of CDMA frequency bands, ZeroIC™ PAs offer a short path to longer battery life.
