ANADIGICS, a manufacturer and designer of semiconductors for the telecommunications industry, has implemented this environmental policy to control, maintain and effect continuous improvement of the company's environmental management system. To that end, ANADIGICS is committed to conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner by maintaining a value system, which strives for continual improvement in compliance programs, prevention of pollution, and resource conservation. In order to fulfill this commitment, our corporate programs will:

- Communicate our policy to the public and interested parties, in addition to actively participating in community programs which benefit the environment and/or public in general.
- ANADIGICS' management is committed to direct involvement in our environmental and related safety programs, setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets, and ensuring continual improvement of the overall environmental management system.
